With more than 30 years of professional experience in a variety of business sectors that include private, not-for-profit, and federal environments, Diane’s emphasis is on operations, employee relations, facility management, client services, event planning, and team building.

Diane joined Project Enhancement Corporation (PEC) in 2006, and currently serves as the Director of Operations where she is responsible for the day-to-day organization and coordination of office operations and procedures for 70-plus employees. Her responsibilities include office services staff management, space and facilities management, infrastructure oversight, and communication with senior management. She provides administrative leadership for the office, acting as liaison between the staff and senior management.

Diane also plays a key role in event planning and management for our many clients as well as for all PEC internal events. She works one-on-one with each client to organize cost-effective, professional meetings and events that meet client content and cost requirements. With over 25 years of event planning and executing experience, she brings the art of creativity to every event with meticulous attention to detail.
